Started as a food truck in August 2018, the “trash plate” become a triangle staple! Our first location opened in July 2020 for dine-in and take out. We have now opened a second location at Mustang Charlie’s Diner located at Crossroads Ford in Apex where we serve all day breakfast including new breakfast trash plates.

Update: Due to staffing and supply chain issues, we have decided to close our Peak City Hots location. We are committed to keeping the Trash Plate a staple here in Apex at Mustang Charlies Diner! Visit and support us today at our new location.
